1. About us
Clean & Green Meals is operated by Clean & Green The Cafe, a food business licensed by FSSAI, located in Indiranagar, Bangalore 560038. By placing an order or subscribing to our meal plans, you agree to these terms.
2. Meal plans and subscriptions
We offer daily meal delivery on subscription plans of 7, 15, or 30 days. Plans are available for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or combinations thereof. Prices are displayed per meal and are subject to change with prior notice.
Once a plan is confirmed and paid, it is locked for the agreed duration. You may pause or skip deliveries subject to the conditions in section 5.
3. Ordering and payment
Orders must be placed before the daily cutoff time (shown on our website). Late orders are moved to the next available delivery slot. Payment is collected in full at the time of order. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking through our payment partner.
All prices are inclusive of applicable GST. Delivery is free on all active plans.
4. Delivery
We deliver to 55+ localities in Bangalore. Delivery is made between 7 am and 11 am. Exact delivery times may vary based on route and traffic. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (traffic, weather, etc.).
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, meals will be left at your door or handed to a person at your premises. We accept no responsibility for meals left unattended beyond 30 minutes of attempted delivery.
Delivery addresses cannot be changed after order confirmation. Ensure your delivery area is within our serviceable zones before ordering.
5. Pausing, skipping, and cancellations
You may pause or skip up to 3 consecutive delivery days per plan period with at least 24 hours' notice before the affected delivery day. Skipped days are not refunded but are extended to the end of your plan period at no extra cost.
Cancellations after plan confirmation are not eligible for a refund unless a valid quality complaint has been raised within 2 hours of delivery.
6. Food quality and complaints
We take food safety seriously and are FSSAI licensed. If you have a genuine quality complaint, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 75760 30168 within 2 hours of receiving your meal, with a photograph. We will investigate and, where warranted, offer a replacement or credit.
We do not accept complaints about taste preferences, as our menus are clearly described prior to ordering.
7. Allergies and dietary requirements
Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with severe allergies are advised to contact us before ordering so we can advise on suitability.
We clearly label Veg, Non-Veg, and Diet categories. Eggetarian and specific dietary customisations may be available — contact us to confirm.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including recipes, photographs, brand identity, and copy — belongs to Clean & Green The Cafe. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our service.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page. Continued use of our service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
