What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to 4 areas in Bangalore: Indiranagar, HSR Layout, Koramangala, and Whitefield (560038, 560102, 560034, 560066).

What is the daily cut-off time for orders?

The cut-off for next-day delivery is 10 pm the night before. Orders placed after 10 pm will be delivered the day after tomorrow.

Can I skip a day?

Yes. You can skip any delivery day from your account dashboard at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Skipped days are credited back to your subscription.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. You can pause your subscription for up to 14 days per month. Log in to your account and use the Pause option. Paused days roll over.

What time does delivery happen?

All deliveries happen between 7 am and 11 am, Monday to Saturday. You will receive an SMS once your delivery is dispatched.

Is delivery free?

Yes — delivery is free on all active subscription plans across all supported locations.

Do you offer both veg and non-veg options?

Yes. Every meal type (Lunch, Dinner, Breakfast, and combination plans) is available in Veg, Non-Veg, and Diet variants. You choose your preference when subscribing.

How are calories counted?

Every meal is weighed and portioned at the kitchen. Calorie counts are calculated per batch at the time of preparation. You can see the macros on each meal card.

How are macros measured?

Every bowl is portioned and weighed in the kitchen before plating. Macros are calculated from raw ingredient inputs, not estimated.

Can I change my meal preference mid-subscription?

Yes. Log in to your account dashboard to switch between Veg, Non-Veg, or Diet. Changes apply from the next delivery cycle.

What is your refund policy?

If a delivery is missed due to our error, we will credit the meal to your account. We do not issue cash refunds for consumed meals. For subscription cancellations, unused days are refunded as account credit.

Do you handle allergens?

Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you have a severe allergy, please WhatsApp us before subscribing so we can advise.
