Terms of Service

By visiting clean-green-meals.vercel.app or cleanandgreenmeals.com, ordering a meal subscription, booking the cafe in Indiranagar or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Clean & Green Meals is a brand of Clean & Green Foods, a cafe and meal subscription business based in Indiranagar, Bangalore. We offer:

• Dine-in at the cafe, by reservation.
• Subscription meal plans — Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or combinations, in Veg, Non-Veg and Diet variants, delivered daily in Bangalore.

Ordering and account management for subscriptions are handled on our CRM partner site at cleanandgreenmeals.com. The marketing site at clean-green-meals.vercel.app showcases plans and bounces you to the CRM to complete an order. Use of the CRM is also subject to its own terms.

User accounts (registration, sign-in, password reset, profile, address book, subscription management) are created and stored on our CRM partner system at cleanandgreenmeals.com. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that takes place on your account.

Payments for subscription plans are taken upfront and are processed by our CRM partner’s payment gateway. Prices shown on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery is free on all active plans.

Placeholder — founder to finalise. The expected position is: full refund if the first delivery has not been dispatched; pro-rated refund for unused days if the plan is cancelled mid-cycle; no refund for already-delivered meals.

We are FSSAI licensed. Every bowl is prepared in our Indiranagar kitchen by our own chefs. The kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs and shellfish; we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment. If you have a severe allergy, please tell us before subscribing so we can flag your meals and advise on suitability.

If you have a genuine food quality concern, contact us within 2 hours of receiving the meal, with a photograph if possible. We will investigate and, where warranted, offer a replacement or credit.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with, probe or breach the security of the site or CRM
• Resell or commercially redistribute meals received under a personal subscription
• Scrape, copy or republish any content on our site without written permission

All brand assets, photography, recipes, copy, illustrations and code on this site are owned by Clean & Green Foods (or our licensors) and are protected by Indian copyright and trade-mark law. You may not reproduce or republish any of it without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under or in connection with these terms is capped at the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (for example, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity).

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
